Race around the Ludicrous Speedway in under 31 seconds
Located at the Dahl Headlands there is a race track located to the left of where Skagzilla is.
You must complete the track in under 31 seconds. Both the driver and the passenger can get this achievement at the same time.
Drive smoothly, and avoid slowing down, and you should get this achievement very easily.

I didn't find this achievement to be very hard what so ever. It is possible for most players to get it on their first try
