Earn level 50
You will most likely get this on your second playthrough.
XP is earned mostly from everything you will do on the game, by killing enemies, completing quests, and completing challenges. To find challenges, Press Y and you will find them under your quests tab.
If you still need more XP you can re-run your second playthrough.

Earning level 50 was quite the challenge on borderlands.. i didn't really get this until the end of my second playthrough and it was very gratifying when i did. Good luck to everyone going for this
