Kill 25 enemies with explosive weapons

Weapon and grenade mods they will have different elemental types. These will be bought from stores or you can loot them from enemies and from chests.

When you kill certain enemies with elemental types this will count toward the achievement.

Using the rocket on your vehicle will also count toward this achievement.
