Open your Eyes Achievement
Find and contemplate a Vista Point.
You will need to find a 'Vista Point' located somewhere on the map, when you find one you will need to run over the flag.
Another way to do this is to complete certain races in each region to unlock the Doppler Truck, when you find these trucks you will want to ram them down and they will reveal the locations of all 'Vista Points'
