Get hit by 10 Pregnator bombs

Pregnators can be found at many different places throughout the game, but the main Chapter you find them on are "The Hive: Part 2". This chapter is full of Pregnator eggs from which they hatch. If you don't know how a Pregnator looks they are the small, six legged aliens with something that looks like a nutsack on their back with spikes on it. Pregnator bombs are the white phlegmy substance that Pregnators shoot at you, which is possibly used to fertilize the women that the aliens have captured. When you encounter those Pregnators you want to keep a good distance from them, otherwise they will jump up on you causing a Quick Time Event and result in a death for either the Pregnator or you. Just let them shoot their slimy bombs at you until you have the trophy/achievement
