Main Menu => Career => Player
You can get this trophy/achievement really fast by starting a new player career and choosing to play as one of the good players who is always on the national team, such as Messi (Barcelona), Ronaldo (Real Madrid), Hart (Manchester City), Rooney (Manchester United), etc.
Just sim everything and you will be called up in August/September
