For this achievement, you have to equip 3 pins on your bag tag.
After you've earned 3 pins, from the main menu, select "My Career"
Then select "Pin Awards"
Now you should be able to view the pins you've unlocked or see how some pins are unlocked.
If a pin is unlocked, it would highlighted but if its locked, it would be faded in. Once you unlock three pin awards you can equip them by pressing A on them.After applying 3 pins,the achievement should pop up.
