This achievement requires you to fly through the hotel gates.This can only be done during the campaign or free mission mode. On the mission "Power Play" the moment the level starts turn left and head towards the island which looks like a giant palm tree (The Palm Islands), at the very top of this island is a building which has a giant archway. Fly through the archway to get your achievement.
