Kill 25 Gang Members each with 'the Penetrator' AND the Fart in a Jar

The penetrator is the large purple d*ldo, which you will automatically obtain later in the game. If you don't have it on you, go to a crib or a Friendly Fire and select it from there.
To obtain the fart in a jar, youll have to upgrade your flashbang 4 times. You cant actually kill people with the fart in a jar.

You can either use these weapons during missions, activities, gang operations etc. As long as they're gang members
