Yes you can do you 15th with a transfer cable no need for a JTAG
This tutorial and download is only for 15th you will have other threads on the forum for modded zombies

How To Make Black Ops 15th Lobby Without A Jtag!

1st download Modio the modded gpd and Xport 360 (modio/xport 360 on google)
2nd you need to plug in your hdd then open xport 360 and go to partition 3 content then find your profile in there

3rd drag your profile and modio to your desktop then minimize xport 360
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4th Start Modio and wait for it to open then drag your Profile into modio
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
5th Go over to file contents and find the file 41560855.gpd
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
6th Right click it and go to replace file then find your gpd that you have on your desktop

7th Now go back to general file info and click rehash and resign wait till the bottom left corner says"Xbox 360 Dashboard"

8th Drag your profile back into Xport 360 and click "yes to all" when it pops up

9th Now just plug your hdd back into your retail xbox and sign in and your good to go

already tried it on a one month and nothing happened. it says u gotta be host for sticky but it didnt even give me non sticky 15th. it was a total normal game

i'm pretty sure they already patched gpd mods right? i did this and my clan tag was different and stuff but no 15th

GUYS TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET BANNED YOU SHOULD USE A PROGRAM THAT PATCHES YOUR PROFILE WHEN YOUR DONE EXAMPLE LIKE LE FLUFFIE PATCHES YOUR PROFILE SO THEY DONT KNOW YOU MODDED GAMERSCORE BUT I DNT KNOW IF IT
PATCHES LIKE GPD ILL TRY AND SEE IF IT PATCHES
