You unlcok the achievement by coming first in all events.
This achievement can be unlocked on any difficulty so selecting the lowest setting will be your best bet if your having trouble.

As you are selecting your car you can press to upgrade it.
Buy every upgrade for power, weight and handling. Repeat this for all 30 cars to unlock this achievement.
You can do this while playing through the Showdown tour,
or you can save up your money and spend it all in one go at the end, the choice is yours.

You completed all Joyride Missions

From the main menu select Joyride, you need to complete all missions from both Yokohama and Battersea to unlock this achievement. The missions consist of Jumps, Donuts, Drifts, Spins and Smashes, with jumps and smashes being the easiest to complete.
To select what mission you want to do next you can press start while joyriding and select missions from the menu,
pressing on the mission of your choice.
Once you have completed most of the missions you will unlock the next area.

You dominated a friend in Challenge mode

To unlock this achievement you have to gain a +10 in your tally over your friend.
You will have to beat 10 challenges in a row against the same person. This can be easily obtained by having a friend send you very easy challenges to beat,
but its always better to just dominate your friend beating his best scores.

You achieved a podium in the Legend final

Legend is the fourth tier of the Showdown Tour.
Finish in the top 3 in each event to unlock the final.
In the final you must finish in the top 3 again to unlock this achievement.

From the main menu select Joyride, select Yokohama.

25 missions in the first area

Once you have completed all 75 missions you will unlock the achievement.

To unlock this achievement you must win a Speed Skirmish event online, in a Speed Skirmish event you have drive through all the checkpoints, then to the finish mark that appears at the end.

In the menu where you can pick a car, press to upgrade it. Buy all upgrades for power, weight and handling for that car, and the achievement will unlock.

You achieved a 5x Wrecking Streak in Rampage

For this achievement you must enter a rampage event and you have to destroy 5 cars in a row without getting destroyed yourself. A good tactic to use is to let the other cars do the work for you and as soon as an opposing car is low on health, deliver the killer blow.

In the survivor mode you are all alone, as time goes by more and more cars will enter the arena with one goal, to destroy your car.

You have to survive for 2 minutes or more to get unlock this achievement. Make use of obstacles in the arena, hiding behind them and dodging through them, also looking behind and sideways to see your enemy coming.

To increase your level online you must compete in events to earn you earn fans.
You get more fans for finishing first and having a full lobby.
Obtain enough fans to eventually reach level 30. This can also be done in private online matches!

Earn a total of $1 million over your career. Not too difficult as you should be close to the million by the end of the showdown tour, money can also be earned online to get the achievement.

At the main menu select Joyride and then the Yokohama compound. The Donut King mission is in the second area of Yokohama which unlocks after completing 20 missions in the first area. Complete a double donut in and out the indicated building and under the trailer to unlock the achievement.

You scored 300,000 points in a Trick Rush event in the Showdown Tour
To get this achievement you must score 300,000 points or more in a trick rush event, a good tactic is to hit all the smashes first, they are a simple way to get your multiplayer up to at least x2. Next, complete the jumps and finally the drifts and donuts, remember not to do the same trick over and over again as you will become stale and get less points.

You kept hold of the Loot for 2 minutes in Smash & Grab
To get the achievement you must grab the loot in a Smash and Grab event and hold on to it for 2 minutes. This can be done in private online matches!

The hidden packages are the DiRT Showdown icon's. You will need to collect all 100 Hidden Packages from the two locations:

60 packages in Yokohama
40 packages in Battersea.

From the main menu select multiplayer and then select team event, if your team wins you will unlock the achievement.

This is unlocked the easiest in the first event of the Showdown Tour because there is a long straight with few obstacles. Your boost bar is down in the bottom right hand corner of the screen make sure this is full. Press to use your boost as you enter the long straight and don't let go until the blue bar is empty, if you didn't hit any obstacles and used the boost in one attempt the achievement should unlock.

This achievement is easiest unlocked in the first event of the Showdown Tour, simply do not press and win the race.

To earn this achievement you must be in last place in a rampage event, then when the double points starts in the final 30 seconds score enough points to finish in the top 3.

For the first minute and a half score enough points to be close to 7th place, then as the timer hits 30 seconds do as much damage as possible. Keep an eye out for cars with orange/red health as one good hit will finish them and give you the highest points. Hitting cars in the side does the most damage to them.

To unlock this achievement you must dominate all sectors on the FINAL LAP.

If you have dominated any sectors before the final lap the achievement will not unlock, do not go the fastest in any of the sectors until the final lap.

Finish in first, second or third places to get to the final.

To unlock this achievement you must win a Smash Hunter event, to win a Smash Hunter event you have to smash the coloured blocks indicated in the quickest time.

To unlock this achievement you must enter a Knock Out event and be the first to push someone off the platform. Using your boost will help you push somebody off the platform.

To unlock this achievement you must enter a Rampage event and wreck an opponent, keep driving into there vehicle until their health bar is empty.

When you hit an opposing vehicle really hard a little icon will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen, press to view the Crashback replay and the achievement will unlock.

You were in 1st at each Elimination period
To get this achievement you must be in 1st place throughout the whole elimination period in an Eliminator event, the most tricky part of the achievement is getting into first place before the first elimination which is within the first 30 seconds of the race. Once you are into 1st place stay there until the end of the race.

From the main menu, select multiplayer, and then split-screen, complete the race to unlock the achievement.
