Kill someone with a fish.
During the mission "Club Bam Bam" early on in the game, you will be put into a lot of fights. Once you go upstairs you will see aquariums on the walls. Simply grab an enemy and take him to one of the aquariums.
Press B to perform an eviromental attack smashing him into the glass and forcing all the water to pour out.
You will see a fish on the floor. Press RB to pick it up and then just kill someone. Note: The fish has a short lifespan to hit with so I recommend going for one of the weaker thugs. Hold X for a heavy attack, usually a one hit kill.Here is a video guide from AchieDetectedHD
