Possibly one of the easiest Achievements in the game, all you have to do is get weak (your shields have to be down) and just find a Health Pack and press X on it. You'll get the achievement, that easy!

Well this is an extremely easy achievement that most players will get in the first mission. Health packs are pretty essential after all
