Achievement Description: Single Player: Stealth kill a Ceph Stalker
You will encounter a Ceph Stalker for the first time during mission 2. At this point, you'll want to cloak, jump down ahead towards the exit. If you turn around, you will notice that the stalker jumps on the ledge and starts heading the other way. You'll want to sneak up behind him and click RT to stealth kill him. Keep in mind that he will take the exact same route every time, and if you screw up, just let them kill you to restart at the checkpoint right before this room:

This isn't really a difficult achievement, i managed to come across it when playing completely normally
