Where? Act 1: The Mechanic
How? This will be your first achievement in story mode. After killing a couple Taken at the start of the game, you will be told it's sometimes best to run. Do as suggested and run to the checkpoint light shown on the screen. Heading to the garage which is the next objective will unlock the achievement.

This is a pretty easy achievement to acquire. It is story related and can't be missed.
