For this you must have not got past level 4 on Buried. If you did, you can try doing the offline method. Just disconnect your ether net cord and play offline.
Okay so first thing you do is buy the Olympia, and keep buying ammo for it until round 4. Then when you try to buy the ammo for it, it will give you the ray gun instead.
