Roosterteeth have a very good location for this achievement which I didn't know about when I unlocked it, I had to dodge traffic up and down the highway. You can still do that method but I think this is a lot easier. Tip *Find slower vehicles like vans or big SUV as opposed to streamlined cars because the slower the vehicle the easier it will be for you to control.
