Get 10 kills each with Tank destroyers and Mobile Artilleries - 30G

Armored Kill - 1200 MSP

These vehicles can be found playing conquest, rush & Tank superiority.
I recommend playing conquest.

Getting 10 kills with the tank destryers won't be difficult since it's almost like a normal tank you would be used to play with. Use its main gun and you would get 10 kills quite quickly.

Mobile artillery vehicles are a bit more tricky, it's hard to aim, and you will most likely not get many kills with it.
However, getting 15 kills with the Gunship, will unlock anti-air missiles for the mobile artillery vehicles, and then it's just for you to shot down choppers, jets and even gunships.

The vehicles can be found in the bases, and RU and US Artillery.

A quick tip for the anti-air missiles, when you are locking on the enemy, wait a couple seconds to see if the enemy will release their flares, if so, wait until they disappear, and then shot, and you'll disable the vehicle.
