This will all be in Connected Careers.

Put your DB, LB or DL as instant starters. Put the difficulty as All Madden, and put all offence to a 0.
You should also do this to gain any defensive achievements.

Play until you get around 50 to 60 sacks, and once you do simulate the rest of the season. By the end of the season you should have MVP and have won the Superbowl. After a few seasons you will unlock the achievement plus more.

Sanders has a legacy score of a little over 8,000, and White and Taylor's legacy scores are a little more than 13,000.
You will be able to do this for each of the 3 achievements.
