You will need two players to get this achievement.
Firstly you will grab a shovel, there are two located in the spawn room. Basically these shovels allow you to dig up mounds that will contain prizes. To get this achievement you will simply dig one of these items up, and instead of grabbing it for yourself, you will let your friend grab it instead.
