Step 1: Get Gramophone & Music disk

Step 2: Get the fire disk located below the tank or above the church on the chairs.

Step 3: Get all 3 parts for the staff

Part 1, comes from the boss guy that comes at level 8
Part 2, comes from the glowing plane which you have to shoot down.
Part 3, comes from generator 6 (beside church) activate the generator and the last part should come out of the chest beside the generator.
