Start off by going to Planet Zin, the clothing store. Hack into it using the controls on-screen. Once this is done, a few police officers show up. Start taking them all out. These officers soon change to aliens. Start taking out all of the aliens now.


Soon enough, portals in the sky open up where more aliens spawn from. Destroy these two portals and then take out the remaining guards. A Golden CID shows up, so chase after it (you now have unlimited sprint) and when you get close, smash it. Done and done.

You then get contacted by someone. Go over to the Mayhem location on the west side of the map and start it. You get sucked into a program where you have to jump from platform to platform. Make sure to land in the middle of each platform for maximum bonus points.


It really helps to have your Jump upgraded, especially if you have Glide unlocked. Jump from platform to platform as quickly and accurately as possible. Once to the final platform, jump all the way to the top. This will end the segment.

For the next segment, get to The Broken Shillelagh. It's in the south-east corner of Downtown.


You get transfered to a training simulation where you learn about Fire Blast. Kill the aliens that spawn to finish the tutorial. This wraps up the Breaking the Law quest. Yay!
