Once back in the simulation, you meet up with CID. He can help you, but needs your help in return. Go to the point that CID highlights, then use your telekinesis to throw him in the air.


He finds a relay from up there, so head to the relay point on your map now. Destroy the relay, a few bullets are all you need, and CID will find another point to be thrown into the air. Repeat, and again, go to the new relay location, which is on a floating platform above the city. There are two relays up here, so blow them both up.


From here, CID now points out a third relay location. The relays here are shielded, so grab CID and throw him straight up into the shield generator. Hop on the turret in the middle of the platform and blow up all of the enemies who fly in to destroy CID. Once the shields are down, blow up all of the relays.


Now, on to a fourth location. This is the location of the influx of gang members. Grab them all with Telekinesis and throw them back through the gate. A clone of yours will spawn, so beat him up until he's weak enough to be thrown back through the gate. This causes two more to pop out, so do it all over again. Once done, Kinzie warns about a Warden nearby, so go check that out. After killing the Warden, you earn the power Buff. Test it out, finishing the quest in the process.
