How to get the K.E.M Strike in Call of Duty: Ghosts

From what we've seen, there's a new MOAB/Nuke that will be in Call of Duty: Ghosts. Personally, I don't think this will be the actual killstreak we are all thinking of, but more of a little in game challenge sort of thing.
I think, at least I'm hoping there will be a MOAB/Nuke that you receive from going on a higher gunstreak.

First in line to get this Strike, you are required to kill the top enemy player, once you kill that player, a briefcase will drop, and you will need to pick it up to continue the Strike streak.

Next, if you are successful getting the briefcase, you will be given an in-game assignment, which is (from what we've seen) very easy to complete.
For example: Get a kill with your secondary weapon, kill an enemy from behind, ect.

If you complete this in-game challenge, you will receive a care package like drop, that you will need to (obviously) call in. Once it drops you will pick it up, and be able to call it in. It is basically the MOAB in MW3, it will take about 3 seconds to take effect, and will kill the enemy team.

I am not sure if this Care Package will be able to be taken by either an enemy, or a teammate.
