Everything in this achievement will be done on Die Rise, in zombies. For this achievement. You are required to drink all of the perks, and pack a punch a weapon all in the same game. Once you are at 4 perks, you will then have to down yourself with a grenade so that you can get the last perk, and that will count toward drinking all of the perks. Also keep in mind that you have to actually buy the perk, if you get a perk as a drop then it won't count toward the achievement. Buy all perks, and pack-a-punch your weapon. And you will unlock the achievement once you buy the last perk, or pack-a-punch for a fairly easy 35 Gamerscore.
