To get this achievement you are required to blow up 4 individual enemies with one single explosion in Single Player mode. What you want to do is take over an outpost, which will be easier or less guarded in the earlier stages of the game. You will then antagonize them by showing them that you are there, and basically messing with them until they end up calling in reinforcements. You can wait until they all group up and come toward you, or you can wait until the reinforcements come about. When the reinforcements come in, they will arrive with one guy on foot that will be leading the way, and 3 more in a jeep. You will want to wait until all of the enemies are facing you, and are right next to each other. And you can use the grenade launcher to take them out all at the same time. With this you should of killed all four of them at the same time, using only one explosion. And the achievement will unlock.
