How to ride the Ferris Wheel GTA 5 or Grand Theft Auto V. The Ferris Whale can be found at the Del Perro Pier in the Fair Ground called the Pleasure Pier. The Ferris Whale costs 15 dollars to rides and provides good views over the Los Santos Bay.

Riding the Ferris wheel wasn't too much fun in my opinion. I still find it pretty cool that they decided to put things like this into the game though
