This achievement involves another event with the character Trevor. You are to meet with the woman named 'Maude'. She will send you an email, regarding capturing a criminal and bringing him back. Set up the location to the map, and drive to the location. Try to sneak up onto it. Also make sure that you jump out of your car and walk up to the location, and once you are there you need to stop him from escaping. To do this you need to disable his car, as he tries to jump into it as soon as he sees you. To disable his car, all you have to do is shoot at the tires and pop them. Make sure you take out both the front and back tires, and if you do this in time he will jump out, and surrender. Keep in mind that if you hurt him in any way, he will most likely die. Now, once he has surrendered to you, simply jump into a car and he will follow. Then you will drive to the drop off point, where you first meet Maude. A little cut-scene will happen, with you throwing him into the home. You will walk off, and the achievement will unlock. For a better guide, follow the video posted.
