You Will Need The Latest Horizon, GTA V Save game, and usb flash drive.

1.Move your gta v save game to your flash drive
2. then connect it to a usb port on your computer or laptop
3.Open up horizon
4.Click on games on the device explorer
5.Search gta v the open it
6.look for the gamesave you want to mod
7.Double click on the gamesave you want to mod
8.From there choose what you want to mod

Well this should be pretty helpful as GTAV is a fun game while modded. Mainly because you can mess around with a little less restrictions then the base game allows.
