Well this semi-easy tut will tell you how to enter the MB kinda safely. You can 1. Put in the god mode cheat (Only works for 5min) or do the one I am going to tell you. 1. Take a taxi to the military base and then hijack it. As soon as you go to drive threw the gate click RS button to accept calls and it should give you about a 10SEC timer to go in the base. As soon as you drive in try to go for the parking lot the exit the taxi and jack a different car there for throwing the MP's off your trail and giving you the upper hand on jacking a jet or military diesel or duce and a half or the best a AC130.

Just mod the story so you are pretty much jacked and can't really die and then go in there.. I mean you're already cheating.. even though the cheating you described was put in the game intentionally.

The Taxi method seems like my method of choice as i don't really like to cheat in GTA V. Both seem pretty efficient when it comes to stealing a jet though, thanks for the tips
