In the mountains, and around game time of 11:00 - 12:00 (Midnight). This will be done, you simply view your map, and find where the ghost is spotted, it will clearly show on your map. Now turn toward the direction on the map of where the icon shows, and pull out your sniper rifle. Scope in until you see the ghost, it will be floating above a rock, also below that is some blood that appears to make out letters. You can also go up closer to the location, but the ghost will disappear in plain site, if you scope in with your sniper rifle, you should be able to see a close up of the ghost. Also, if you go right up to where the ghost is located, you can see the writing in blood that states 'Jock', or something close to that, though it is a little unclear.
