First- You need to configure your usb on your xbox, once configured download these three things- usb xtaf, modio, and ezgt 2.1 or 2.2.
Second- Put your gt you wanna mod onto the usb and plug it into your computer. Then open usb xtaf, and go to the folder that says something like E000016a or something like that (it should end in a) and extract it to your desktop.
third- Open up ezgt and open the file you just extracted. Then when your done go to options and make the Modded Profile Number to 1 or w/e you want. and save it/ overwrite it.
fourth- open up modio and open the file you just modded (instead of ending in an A it would end in 1 or w/e you saved it as) and look in the blue bar in the box, ex: ^3 modz ^3) if it says that then click rehash and resign.
Fifth- Go back to usb xtaf and then back up untill it shows the folder of E00000016a or w/e it says, and click inject folder and inject the E0000000161, then plug it back into your xbox.



Play mw2 and go to mulitplayer, sign out, and sign into the modded file, select an avatar (an error will pop up thats ok) and click play online, it should say "This account is not allowed to play online" then it will ask you to sign into an xbox live enabled account and sign into your normal account and BOOM there you should have a modded gt! (you may have to set your brightness and stuff again)
