All you half to do is beat the game then buy at least 1 land costing $100,000 or more which gives you weekly income and after you do that go home go to the wardrobe and there you go. It will be under outfits and you will have all uniforms that you played with in the game such as Security, Ship dock hand, Sheriff/cop and others.
