You would need to be very skinny. Barely eat anything and work out 24/7. Then im still sure it would be very difficult. It normally takes about 1 month to see any difference

You can get a six pack in about a month with the proper training. If you tried for one in a week you would **** yourself up...

It Is Okay To Work Out Everyday But Yes Like I Said In My Other Post Work Out For 30mins-1hour Drink Loads Of Water Get 8-12+ Hours Sleep Have A Good Diet But It Will Take 2-3 Months
