But yes it is possible to get a SixPack in a week I;'ve done it just do 500 sit ups every day before you have a shower at night..

No You Can't Get One In A Week
It Requires Lots Of Exercise Do Between Half Hour And A Hour Exercise Everyday Don't Eat To Much Food Drink A Load Of Water

And Plan A Diet Everyday For 2 Months And How Much Exercise You Do On Different Days

This = BS... It is unhealthy to excersize every day, you need to let your muscles rest before doing more, otherwise you will hurt yourself, And you dont HAVE TO, be fat, but that whole thing about being fat and fat turning to muscle thing is true, There is also different kinds of weight training you can do, they change from how many reps you do to how much weight you are doing, and you dont have to be on a special diet, just dont eat and bad shit for you, you just need to eat veggies and no twinkies. otherwise you will stay fat. There is a good book about working out called "The 12 second sequence" by Jorge Cruise, its working great for me so far!

this is true, so will get hurt if you do every day, it annoys me when i hear people always say "oh, workout every day and dont eat" and stupid stuff like that, Couple tips, You NEED to get sleep otherwise you wont get muscle, your body wont function right, and You HAVE to eat, otherwise your body wont have anything to work off of, just make sure its not Mc Donalds or Twinkies, if it comes from a factory, its bad. and if you workout everyday, it wont even do anything, your muscles need to rest, I say to workout tuesdays and thursdays, or every other day, whatever floats you boat, but just dont do it everyday, especially if you are overweight, if you lose your weight to fast, and you are overweight, you could get really bad problems
