This morning I was using my PC problem free. Then, all my programs starting running slow and crashing. I tried to use the Task Manager to close the programs, with no luck. So I turned it off with the main power button. Then, I go to reboot, and it goes into system repair. I leave it there for a while with no luck. Then, I use F8 to System Restore, with no luck. Then, I reboot again, and I can't access the F8 menu. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Interesting. It doesn't display any type of blue screen of death? (A.K.A. STOP Messages) If so list the error code. So it starts up, just not to where you can access the desktop correct? If so can you upload a video or a picture of the problem so I and others can assist you better?

Well I'll just say what I say earlier. When I looked back about 20-30 minutes after I rebooted, it said "Windows is loading files" or something with a progress bar that was at about 33%. If I could get into F8 then I would probably factory restore it, anything I can do without F8?

Sometimes if you don't have the updated chipset drives, your PC will BSOD.

Seems like a dying HDD. Is there any way you can boot your PC into safe mode? You could run tests like Memtest/HDD life.
