Phoram wrote Ok, I hit F12, then hit HDD (something like that) and now I'm at a screen that says Windows failed to start. Blablabla and 2 options. 1. Launch Startup Repair (Didn't work before)
2. Start normally
Which one?
Try startup repair just in case and then try start normally.

Hit start normal.

Things that are happening:
1. Starting Windows (Not displaying windows logo as normal)
2. Just rebooted by itself, will try startup repair now.
3. There was just a flashing hyphen up at the top left corner for about 30-60 seconds, now it's just a black screen.
4. Just rebooted AGAIN.
5. Selected startup repair again, and now there is "Windows is loading files..." with a progress bar under it.

Yeah, so far this sound like some sort of HDD failure.

Looks like you are going to need to reinstall the OS. Something went wrong with the HDD.

Just finished, black screen so far. Should I just manually reboot and see if F8 will work?

Try it. The repair MIGHT have fixed it.
