Go for a run, then come back and start working out. Your adrenaline is pumping and you will lift more and be able to work out more. I dont bench much though. Just mostly Ab Workouts and dumbbells

You're not supposed to work out every day dumb ass, you skip like 2-3 days a week.

im 18 and a i bench 500, i do exsessive workouts, that my trainer teaches me. i am in the strong man competition and ect.

That is not true you can work out ever day and rest one day trust me he is all good:)
