2011 Dual Core 2.5ghz, 4gb, 500gb MacBook Pro = 730 pounds
You want something that will accomplish what your going for but this looks the best out of them.

pvtjokr88 wrote why is it that whenever someone mentions an interest in getting a mac, theres always such emotional responses???
its like getting a harley as opposed to a sport bike, they do the same thing but in a different style.

almost no one here seemed to even read the op, he listed out 6 options but of course people start giving out unrelated, unsolicited advice going away from the original question.

Given the choices, i would think any of the 2011's would be best, all it comes down to is whether you need a desktop or something mobile

It's more like buying Beats instead of real headphones. Same price, but worse in every way.

We'll respond how we please, thank you. If we think none are a good choice, that's what we'll post.

Wow some people don't know how to accept hard facts, evidence and good advice from experts that are well known in these areas of TTG, Honestly. I really don't know how many times Generation, and r00t_b33r wasted their time giving you good advice and to save your money and people, please stop posting "MACS ARE BAD" I think that was already established 5 pages ago...
