I understand where you are getting at, but think about this situation.

You are standing 4 feet from someone. You have an Assault Rifle, and he has a Pistol. And at the same time, you guys start to shoot. Who will win? Someone with a heavy assault rifle? Or someone with a light pistol who can pull the trigger faster due to the lightness of it?

Yeah I see what you mean... But some of the time it isn't even close range (for me at least). I feel like the pistols (especially that tac gun?) are overpowered. They can take down anything even people with SMGs.

Now, in this game I will agree with you. Pistols do tend to kill faster then any other sort of gun. Even the shot guns. The KAP gun can take a LMG out with no problem and continue to spray an SMG with no trouble.

Yeah exactly! I didn't have that problem in the other ones. That's the main reason I use the pistol all the time.

I hate the CoD series. Just play the games to earn achievements then trade them in at Gamestop. Don't really play the Multiplayer from Black Ops to Black Ops II. (Everyone stating their opinions, so I inputing my opinion.) And before you guys say anything about my skills on the games, yes I do suck at Black Ops, MW3 & Black Ops II.

It's pretty god damn balanced mate, All weapons are about right, the only thing i would change is the damage on the 3-burst pistol. But then again, other weapons can beat it.

I agree. The thing I hate the most is you die way to fast. You have no time to react.

Here's the thing about the pistols, in many cods the pistols weren't really good and were usually only used to finish people off, in BO2 with the new pick 10 system they wanted you to have trouble choosing what you wanted, so they made secondaries strong so then you have to decide if you want to give it away for like an extra perk or somehing. I like the pistols though I run around with my B23R and go like 30 and 5.

Here comes all the people that fanboy CoD and never tried another game. They are going to say "You just suck at it"

This game isn't very good. They try to put too much on one disc, Like idiots.
