Wherever you put a screw in on the motherboard, you need to have a standoff for it. I was helping someone recently and their card would not fit properly because they did not install the standoffs properly.

That's exactly the same thing I saw happening with another person I was helping. He didn't have all the standoffs installed properly in his Core 1000.

What case do you have? The best thing to do is not load the case up with fans, but rather place a few good fans well. You also don't need to put two fans on your cooler because one quality static-pressure fan will perform as well.

I have a Zalman Z9-U3 Case

Your case has a fan controller. Have you tried just turning the RPMs down a bit? If you have a voltage reducer you can put it on the Hyper 212 fan, too.

yes i have tried turning the fan controller down, also turned the fan speed down in the bios, my pc is still super loud

I don't have any of these so called stand offs. What do they look like? Because all I have left are a few screws.

With a radeon 7770 should i be able to run saints row the third and borderlands 2 maxed out at 1920x1080...cause i cant

I'm looking at some benchmarks here, but these guys have a much higher end setup in comparison to yours. With their 7770 they can play Boarderlands 2 at just under 50 FPS on max settings. I can't find anything on SR3 with the 7770 besides videos, which you can watch yourself. I feel like the AMD CPU would be holding you back, but then again I don't own either game nor know much about how resource hungry they are, and how much they use the CPU/GPU.

Been looking about and the 7950 is quite big and I don't know if it will fit in the Lian-Li PC-K63B Black Midi Case. I've already got the 7950 and I don't want to have any issues when installing. I assume it will fit as r00t recommended the case and I don't think he would of recommended it if it wasn't going to fit. Can anyone confirm that it will fit?

It will easily fit. If a card necessitates more room in this case, the top drive cage can be removed anyway.

It will easily fit. If a card necessitates more room in this case, the top drive cage can be removed anyway.

Over-budget because I wanted to get that A75 chipset included. If that's an issue, just tell me.

I believe there is RAM missing? I'm going to get rid of the DVD drive as already have one. We just got a USB wifi dongle as well.

Oh, and one more thing, got some thermal paste today for the CPU, as well as 2 fans for the case. Installing them in a bit as the screwdrivers have gone for a walkies somewhere :|
