I have Monday through Friday lifting, and Saturday is Cardio and Sunday is rest day.

I life Monday through Saturday and I do Cardio Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I do cross fit Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I cool down on sundays with Basketball and agilities.

Im 14 (turning 15 in April)

Im 6'5
I weigh 160.
I work my calves and thighs by doing work-outs like tip-toes and squats.
Ive been dunking for literally only a week, successfully. Hahaha, so dont feel down.
Ive never maxed though.

Also: Its not called a hang clean. Its called a Power Clean. So that just proved you dont even lift.

Are you retarded kid? You cant HANG CLEAN! Its actually alot harder then Power Clean. Power clean is when you start from the ground and hang clean is when your holding the weight the whole time. there is a huge difference. I dont care if you believe me or not. I know what I can do and if you cant believe that I dont sit on my ass all day then its not my problem bro.
