I don't understand what is so bad about owning guns. Especially assault weapons. Death by guns per year has been decreasing 2005 and you want stronger gun control? Why? In states like Texas where it is very easy to buy a gun legally crime rate is lower. Why? Because people aren't going to go rob a bank when half of the people in there most likely have a handgun on them. Also the gun laws in Texas might be the best in the nation. I can legally walk into a walmart with an FAL strapped to my back as long as it isn't forceful. It is legal to own assault weapons in Texas which is just plain awesome. The only complaint I have is that we can't open carry handguns in Texas. Also no one is going to obtain a gun legally if they are going to go on a murderous rampage. They are either A. Get one from a friend/Family member or B. Buy one off the black market. What are your thoughts on gun control.

Gun Control is just dumb imo. The California gun laws are pretty strict, no gun can have more than a 10 round mag(Unless obtained before the bill was passed) Slide-Fire stocks have to be a certain model so you can't bump fire your AR-15 at 900 RPM(Which is just dumb anybody can bump fire a weapon without the stock and still get around 900 RPM) they're other restrictions here but I'm not going to list them all.

Also the round limit in a mag is how much you can fit in there and/or afford. That means you can legally have a 500 round mag. Not that it's necessary but you can.

Not in Cali, if you make, modify or own a mag that can hold more than 10 you can get arrested(It's a felony and I think it was 10-12 years in prison, the only way to get around this as I said before is to have one before January/1/2000)

Nah I'm planning on moving to Russia soon. Honestly there is nothing left in the US for me anymore(I don't hate the US in anyway, I just want to pursue my dream career of joining Spetsnaz GRU.) Until that day though I will still support what I think is right and wrong in the US.

guns arent the problem its the people using them why should everyone else suffer because theres crazy people out there that the government doesnt get control of...take away our guns and the criminals win they will have nothing to worry about because everyone else wont have nothing to protect themselves with.instead of getting rid of guns why dont we go to the source of the problem and get these people some help

Great post.

I live in Nevada, and here, I think we have the non strictest gun law in the nation

We also have an Ar-15 ( "Assault Rifle" ) We plan on getting a .458 SOCOM. Really badass gun.

Also, Look at Chicago, strictest gun laws, and they have the highest murder rate in the US. That otta tell you something about how "good" gun control works. Also, if the law abiding citizens are stripped of their guns, the non law abiding citizens ( Criminals ) can just go and get a gun off the black market, go on a killing spree, and look, no good Samaritan who has a permit for a concealed weapon to save the day. With gun control, the murder rates will go up. Hopefully Obama gets impeached for something...
