currently i have chosen biology,chemistry and maths and wanting to know what would be a good 4th option if i wanted a career in medicine.

You should do Physcology.

I would say those 3 are the only ones you would need but I was doing A levels last year and my school made me choose four Just make sure you do not choose to do business

is psychology hard? will it help me in biology or chemistry and vice-versa?

Are you planning on going to Med School? If so yes it will help you out quite abit.

I definitely wouldn't recommend Physcology.

Why not do Physics?

Your first 3 choices are the best for medicine btw.

Besides it's a 4th subject so if he did physics he would have flexibility in terms of his second year as medical schools look for sciences including Physics.

It'd depend on what field of Medicine he is looking to join.
