I always have a horrid sleeping schedule on breaks. Heck, even when school starts I become sleep deprived du to only getting around five hours of sleep.

Ignoble wrote Yesterday I woke at 9 pm and stayed up the whole night then went straight to school without any sleep.

I think its because of the break. Probably when you get back on the normal school routine it'll fix itself.

My sleeping pattern always messes up during breaks.

try fixing your sleep pattern, when my sleeping pattern went i stayed up a whole day then was able to get it back on track.. 8/9 hours sleep are a healthy sleep.

You need to keep yourself up until around 10:00pm then go to bed and you will get back on track.

Its because you stay up later and later every night. Just try to keep a steady sleep schedual. That's what I'm doing tonight.
