I just started lifting weights 2 days ago, and my arms are sore, would it be okay if I still lift weights when my arms are sore, or would it tear or mess up my muscles...

You will be fine, it's just your body aching because it's not used to the work.

Don't lift weights to train your arms because you have already worked them. Give them 2 or so more days to rest then you should lift on them again.
Try to avoid working out sore muscles.
Why? Because your muscles need time to repair, grow bigger and stronger.

Workout chest or something if you can.

Just keep switching from upper body to lower body each day.
