I'm looking to trim about 35 pounds within 10 months, how can i succeed at doing this?

The best way to lose weight is to balance( I don't go over 1000 per day) the calories you eat.
Obviously working out would make it go faster, but it's not needed.

1000 calories depending on what your eating could be borderline malnutrition. Based on your weight loss goals I would say your considerably overweight? You need to know what your doing, based on your daily routine, your height, your age, your current weight. It all goes into effect on the most efficient way to lose weight. You don't want to ask people on TTG. People here are untrained and don't know what works or whats actually good for you. I suggest you talk to a nutritionist or you can PM me(This may sound hypocritical , I am a licensed nutritionist.) Also, person that eats 1000 calories a day, that is unhealthy. That far to low for your body unless you just sit on your ass all day and basically eat all super foods, which I doubt.
