Same performance, but a little cheaper. Add an SSD when you can. I'd try spend the extra $40 on this if I were you;

What's the differences between the two? If I recieve no lag on GTA 4 with the 270 I'm sticking with it for the sake of my pocket. Really don't want to spend any more money than I need too. But just tell me if the 270 would play GTA 4 on med/high settings with a couple mods (such as LCPDFR) with no lag? Thank you very much Sanctyy, you seem to know a lot.

R9 270 should run GTA IV at Very High settings, about 30 FPS. The 285 will run at Very High, about 50+ FPS, apparently, according to benchmarks.

So if I drop the settings to Medium it should get good performance, good to know. Also with this build do VGA monitors work or do I have to get a DVI to VGA adapter or does it come with HDMI and can I use HDMI?

Down towards the bottom on PC Part Picker it states in yellow: "* Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders."

Do I need to worry about this?

the gpu has a dvi i slot so you would just need a cheap dvi to vga adapter, They are very cheap.

Nothing to worry about as the case is more than big enough and the CPU comes with a stock cooler which ins't that big as well so there's more than enough clearance for it.

Alright, sweet. One more question: Does the case come with screws?
