Hey man just trying to help. Squeeze in the shoulders with back and biceps. Working them on a complete seperate day is silly. Me for example
Monday : Volume- Chest/Triceps Pause reps on bench
Tuesday : Legs / Calf Raises- Light
Wednesday Back Biceps Hangcleans Shoulders
Thursday : Off
Friday: Chest/ Light Triceps Heavy Bench
Saturday : Legs/ Front Squats Heavy
Sunday: Off
So i work my chest and legs twice a week hititng the muscle in different spots switching up the weight and i work my triceps twice a week so i dont need a full out arm day. And i get in my biceps once a week of Wednesday

Since this is sort of the gym thread, I wanted to know should i go on protein? My trainer says he does not care and it is up to me.
What should I do?

When you say 'protein' I assume you mean protein shakes, if so then yes.
Protein shakes are an easy way to get protein into your system. Personally I would never use them as a meal replacement, rather have them on top of my meals or as a mid day snack. But also remember your body can only consume a certain amount of protein per hour, if you take in to much protein, well then you know where it goes....
Also make sure you buy a good protein shake, I suggest using Gold standard whey by ON, personally don't like USN, so I would stay away from there products...
Also it depends what your trying to do with your body? Loose weight, tone your muscle or just gain solid mass.
