Continuous wrote I don't understand what is wrong with the teacher and the student having sex. And it really should not be sexual assault... "Sexual assault is any type of forced or coerced sexual contact or behavior that happens without consent. Sexual assault includes rape and attempted rape, child molestation, and sexual harassment or threats." I did not watch the video, but i read this post. So i may not know the whole story, but the OP made this sound as if the whole ordeal was consensual. There really was no crime committed. But if this was the other way around(male teacher and female student) then this would be a whole other situation(not that it should). If two people both want to have sex, then why should they not be able to? Now, if it was a case of rape, then yes, she should be charged with rape. But it was not.

Are you saying a 24 year old teacher having a sexual relationship with a 13 year old boy is not weird?

A full grown women fondling and caressing a little boy is not weird? You need help.

I'm not quoting that since it is broken. I'm not jumping to conclusions. I never said that this woman probably coerced the kid. I am saying that it can happen and I am sure has happened before. So, someone who teaches a kid about the basics of the world shouldn't be required to know basics of their own country and their laws? Well, that sounds like it could be a reason why the school system is as bad as it is. I never said sex at their age is wrong, but it is when an adult is one of the people involved. It matters a lot. How would human trafficking benefit from it being ok? Because those children having sex would be seen as ok. You legalize children having sex with adults and you will have more human trafficking and more child molestation. You will have adults marrying children and child pornography would be booming. At this point, I hope I am being trolled. I would love nothing more. There is a problem if someone believes that this should be ok.

She should be fired from her job, put on the sex offenders register and the parents of the child should be pressing charges. A teacher is one of the most trusted jobs in society, if you're willing to do that to a young child as a teacher, you shouldn't be allowed to teach.

As it's been said in this thread before, if a male teacher did this to a female student, he'd be in prison for the rest of his life. At thirteen, you have no idea what you're doing, the boy probably had no idea that he could have children at that age.

I love the way that she has the family's blessing too. Only in Texas.
